We have received numerous reports that IE 10 has been causing various errors while using the sites below.
In order to prevent any errors you will need to do one of the following:


CJAD Budget & Finance Website Index
Strategic Plan Budget Projections
This site is used for submitting a supplemental budget projection for Strategic Plans. These are done once every biennium.

Grant Applications 2024 New
This site is used for submitting Grant Applications for DP & TAIP programs. These are done once every biennium.

Grant Application Archive (2020 & 2022)
Do not enter 2024 Grant Applications on this site. This should only be used for viewing old Grant Applications from the 2020 & 2022 Biennium.

Proposed Budgets
This site is used for submitting Proposed Budgets, including LAR Budgets. These are done once every biennium. Data entry typically starts during the first March of the biennium.

Initial Budgets
This site is used for submitting Initial Budgets. These are done once every biennium. Data entry typically starts during the first July of the biennium, after grant awards have been awarded.

Budget Adjustments
This site is used for submitting Budget Adjustments. These are adjustments to Initial Budgets that have already been submitted and finalized. Data entry typically starts during the first November of a biennium and continues throughout the length of the biennium.

Monthly Financial Reports
This site is used for submitting Monthly Financial Reports. This is a supplement to the existing Quarterly Financial Report. This information will be used to analyze CSCD revenue and expenditure information during COVID-19.

Quarterly Financial Reports
This site is used for submitting Quarterly Financial Reports. These are required for every program every quarter.
End dates for quarters:
  • Quarter 1 - November 30
  • Quarter 2 - February 28/29
  • Quarter 3 - May 31
  • Quarter 4 - August 31

Reset Password
This site is used to reset your password. After filling in your CSCD, last name, and email address a new password will automatically be generated and emailed to you along with your other credentials. Please note that your username and password is the same for all of the above sites.
