This site is used for submitting Quarterly Financial Reports. These are required for every program, every quarter.

This site is used for submitting Proposed Budgets, including LAR Budgets. These are done once every biennium. Data entry typically starts during the first March of the biennium.

This site is used for submitting Initial Budgets. These are done once every biennium. Data entry typically starts during the first July of the biennium, after grant awards have been awarded.

This site is used for submitting Budget Adjustments. These are adjustments to Initial Budgets that have already been submitted and finalized. Data entry typically starts during the first November of a biennium and continues throughout the length of the biennium.
