Our ISF is the only one in Texas that offers this opportunity, and it is FREE! Lastly, our work program has now been up and running for over a year now. This program helps offenders get back on track with their delinquent fees. Prior to being discharged, we establish contact with the sending county to determine what funds need to be applied to their arrears. Because of our work program, over the course of the last year, we have been able to send back funds in excess of $140k to the sending counties! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out. As always, we appreciate you, your department, and the referrals.
